Executive Assistant - Job Description

Who are we looking for?

The Executive Assistant will be working directly with the company's President and the Chief Executive Officer. We are looking for someone who is eager to contribute and learn. Someone who will do the right thing for our clients and always look to help in the best way possible.  We want you to contribute your ideas at the same time you execute our tasks. We are looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) energetic individual who enjoys the opportunity to connect with new people, use social media marketing, and work with minimal supervision. We need you to be committed to completing tasks the right way and with a high degree of quality. Attention to detail and constant communication is a must.

We need someone who is committed to supporting the team in achieving greater levels of success. You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with maximum efficiency. You will be a reflection of PlanSeek and a key point of contact with clients and the company. 

Job Responsibilities Include

  • Interact with clients on a daily basis

  • With guidance, research and create marketing material

  • Help manage marketing campaigns

  • Track and coordinate all incoming leads

  • Database management/entry

  • Schedule events and meetings

  • Build and maintain connections as directed

  • Maintain and help grow all social media accounts

  • Maintain records, reports, and files

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office products

  • Ability to quickly understand new apps and programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities

  • Dependable & self-driven to complete tasks

  • Ability to focus and be efficient

  • Social Media Marketing experience is helpful

  • Concern about accuracy and all details

  • Calm under pressure

  • Service-based attitude

Job Type:

  • Full-time

Location:

  • Fresno, CA 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Travel:

  • Travel may be occasional within the Central California areas and beyond

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree, desired but not required

  • Experience in healthcare (Preferred but not necessary)

  • Experience in health insurance (Preferred but not necessary)
